Closed Again... So What Happens Now?

I want to say a massive thank you for your support during the last few months, it has been fantastic seeing and pampering clients again, however, it is with a heavy heart I have to close my salon doors once more from Thursday 5th November. This comes as a huge blow to me and to all small businesses trying to weather this most horrendous of storms.

At the moment, as it stands, I will hopefully be back to work from Friday 4th December. I understand that this is a trying and unsettling time for all of us, and lockdown affects us all in so many ways. I want to reach out and say that I am here for you if you need anything at all - even if it's just a little catch up on the phone.

I have put this email together to answer any questions you may have. If, of course, there's anything you're still unsure of, please don't hesitate to get in touch. 

 

 

What if I have an appointment booked in November?
I tried hard to accommodate as many of my clients as possible during the last few days of being open. Unfortunately, there is only one of me and I have so many wonderful clients with appointments that it was impossible to see more. 
For clients that have not been able to get in, I’m sorry but your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

When can I rebook for?
My online booking system is going to remain open and active, and you will be able to book appointments from Friday 4thDecember. I am optimistic that I will be back to work by then, however of course if lockdown gets extended, I may have to rejig appointments again. 
I have already extended my working hours during December, but Christmas appointments go very quick, so please book in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. However, if you struggle finding an appointment online please message me on 07712607936 and I will do my best to accommodate you.



Can I still buy my products?
My online shop is still very much open, and I will be offering non-contact free* local delivery.

This is one of the best ways that you can support me through this second closure.

COVID-19 NHS Test and Trace

 

I will use the information on my booking system Ovatu to record your name, telephone number and the approximate time you entered and exited Pamper Room, as required by the governments COVID-19 Test & Trace.

This information will only be shared with NHS Test & Trace should a client inform me that they have tested positive for COVID-19 and if you are considered at risk.

As required by law, Pamper Room has on display an NHS Test and Trace QR Code, this can be found on the reception desk.

Pamper Room does not have access to any of the data collected by this QR code, if you should wish to read more about how it works etc, please visit https://www.gov.uk/guidance/nhs-test-and-trace-how-it-works 

Gift Certificates


Please note that any gift voucher that had an expiry date between 21st March 2020 and 31st Dec 2020 has automically been extended and now has an expiry date of 30th June 2021 so that they can still be used once this terriable situation has passed.


If you have a gift certificate, please have a look at getting your treatment booked in for when I return, you'll probably need a little pampering after all this is over!
