Here we go again...

This is not how I wanted to start 2021, but unfortunately the decision is out of my hands. So here I am yet again advising that Pamper Room is temporarily closed as we moved into tier 4 on 30th December 2020.

I want to say a massive thank you for your support during 2020, even though I spent almost 6 months of it locked down, your kindness and continued custom gave me strength and helped see me through those difficult times. I very much hope that you will be here for me again.

I understand that this is a trying and unsettling time for all of us, and lockdown affects us all in so many ways. I want to reach out and say that I am here for you if you need anything at all - even if it's just a little catch up on the phone.

I believe the government will be reviewing the current situation on Wednesday 13th January. I have now contacted all clients by text message/email that had appointments booked between 4th - 13th January to arrange rescheduling.

I have closed my online booking system for the remainder of January for rescheduling clients that where already booked in for the earlier part of January however, on-line appointments can still be booked in February, March, and April.

If you have a gift certificate (1st April 2020 to present date) please do not worry, these will still be honoured.

Can I still buy my products?

My online shop is still very much open, and I will be offering non-contact free* local delivery.

This is one of the best ways that you can support me through this third closure.

COVID-19 NHS Test and Trace

I will use the information on my booking system Ovatu to record your name, telephone number and the approximate time you entered and exited Pamper Room, as required by the governments COVID-19 Test & Trace.

This information will only be shared with NHS Test & Trace should a client inform me that they have tested positive for COVID-19 and if you are considered at risk.

NHS Test and Trace QR Code

As required by law, Pamper Room has on display an NHS Test and Trace QR Code, this can be found on the reception desk.

Pamper Room does not have access to any of the data collected by this QR code, if you should wish to read more about how it works etc, please visit

Gift Certificates

Please note that any gift voucher that had an expiry date of 1st April 2020 onwards will automically be extended so that they can still be used once this terriable situation has passed.

If you have a gift certificate, please have a look at getting your treatment booked in for when I return, you'll probably need a little pampering after all this is over!

Please note, in line with our terms and conditions I cannot refund any gift certificates.

Gift Certificate may have their original value used against product purchases.
