Spray Tanning Preparation:
With a little care and time you can help your tan last longer!
The
Night before your Spray Tan:
*
Exfoliate and moisturise the night before the tan (not on the day
of the tan), paying particular attention to elbows, knees,
ankles
and
problem dry areas.
* Paint nails and toenails, especially if they are acrylics or similar.
* Wax/shave at least 24/48 hours prior to treatment. This allows the pores time to close. Dotting in pores may appear if not adhered to.
Just before your Tanning Session:
* Remove make-up and deodorant prior to your spray tan.
The
Session:
* The session takes up to 25 minutes from start to finish on a full tan and 15 minutes on half a tan.
* Women
Only - You can choose to be sprayed naked, topless or wear a dark
bikini / underwear. I can provide disposable knickers
if
desired.
*Men – Must keep boxers / briefs on.
* Barrier lotion will be applied to areas that are partially dry to avoid excessive staining from over spray (E.g. Heels & elbows)
* Your
hair will be covered with a hair net and you will be provided
special sticky feet to prevent standing in over spray which
would
cause
excessive staining leading to an unrealistic tan.
* You will be blow dry for 5 min.
After your Tan:
* Wear dark loose clothing after your treatment. Tight clothing or underwear may cause marks.
* Wear flip-flops or loose fitting shoes.
* Do not shower or bathe for at least 8 hours (the development time).
* Do not exercise or swim during the development period, chlorine will strip your tan!
* Try not to touch your skin during the development time (Tip – if leaving on overnight wear loose socks over your hands in bed).
* Pat dry after showering.
* Moisturise daily with an oil-free moisturiser
* Only Exfoliate dry skin (e.g. elbows) to promote even fading.
Enjoy your tan you’ll look and feel sexy!!
