Brow Design & Definition in Syston, Leicester
Precision brow shaping, individually designed around your natural brows.
Brow Design & Definition is my detailed, multi-step brow treatment for clients who want more than a simple eyebrow wax or tint.
Your treatment combines consultation, brow mapping, tinting, waxing, threading, precision tweezing and brow finishing to create a shape tailored to your natural brows, facial features and the look you'd like to achieve.
I use professional Belmacil tint to enhance your natural brow colour, alongside a combination of shaping techniques to carefully refine your brows. Jane Iredale brow products are then used to complete and demonstrate the finished look.
Whether you already have a good natural brow shape that you'd simply like professionally maintained, or you're trying to improve an uneven or over-plucked shape over time, the treatment is individually adapted to the brows you have.

Previously Booked High Definition Brows?
Same Pamper Room treatment, new name.
If you've previously booked my High Definition Brows treatment, Brow Design & Definition is the new name for the treatment you already know.
I've renamed the service to more accurately describe the treatment I personally provide.
I am independently trained in brow design and shaping techniques and am not affiliated with the HD Brows brand. My treatment uses Belmacil tint and Jane Iredale brow products, together with my own multi-step approach to mapping, shaping and defining your natural brows.
Nothing you enjoy about your existing treatment is disappearing – it's simply getting a name that better represents what you're actually booking at Pamper Room.
What Is Brow Design & Definition?
Brow Design & Definition is a precision, multi-step eyebrow treatment designed around your individual brows rather than using the same shape or approach for everybody.
It combines several techniques within one appointment to enhance the colour, shape, balance and definition of your natural eyebrows.
Rather than simply removing stray hairs, I look at your existing brow growth, natural shape and the result you'd like to achieve before deciding how your brows should be mapped, coloured and refined.
Your treatment includes:
- Consultation and discussion
- Brow assessment and mapping
- Professional Belmacil brow tint
- Waxing
- Threading
- Precision tweezing
- Brow finishing using Jane Iredale brow products
Not every brow needs exactly the same amount of work with every technique, so your treatment is adapted to your individual brows.
What Happens During Brow Design & Definition?
Your appointment begins with a consultation and discussion about your brows.
We'll talk about how you currently wear them, anything you're unhappy with and the shape or look you'd ideally like to achieve.
I'll then assess your natural brow growth, proportions and existing shape before mapping your brows to help establish the shape we're working towards.
Your natural brow hairs are tinted using professional Belmacil tint, with the colour selected to complement your brows and colouring.
A combination of waxing, threading and precision tweezing is then used as appropriate to refine the shape and remove unwanted hairs.
Finally, Jane Iredale brow products are used to enhance and finish your brows, allowing you to see how you can recreate additional definition yourself if you'd like to.
What Is Brow Mapping?
Brow mapping helps me assess the shape, proportions and balance of your eyebrows before I begin removing hair.
Rather than automatically following an existing brow shape – which may itself be uneven or the result of previous over-plucking – mapping gives us a considered starting point for your treatment.
Your brows are sisters rather than identical twins, and natural facial asymmetry means perfectly identical eyebrows aren't necessarily achievable or desirable.
The aim is to create a balanced brow shape that works with your natural growth and facial features.
Can Brow Design & Definition Help Reshape My Brows?
Yes, where your natural brow growth allows.
If your brows have become uneven, have been over-plucked or you've been maintaining a shape you're no longer happy with, we can gradually work towards a different shape through your regular appointments.
For clients working towards or maintaining a particular brow shape, I generally suggest appointments approximately every 4–6 weeks.
Between appointments, I ask that you don't pluck, tweeze or reshape your brows yourself.
Even hairs that look completely out of place to you may eventually be useful when we're trying to establish a different brow line, so leaving them alone gives me as much natural growth as possible to work with at your next appointment.
What If My Brows Need Tidying Between Appointments?
If you feel your brows need tidying before your next Brow Design & Definition appointment, you can book an Eyebrow Shape & Wax.
This allows me to tidy your brows while keeping the shape we're working towards intact, rather than you removing hairs at home that we may later wish we'd kept.
Will My Over-Plucked Eyebrows Grow Back?
This varies enormously from person to person and brow regrowth cannot be guaranteed.
If hairs have been repeatedly removed over a long period, they may take many months to become noticeable again. Some hairs may return finer or grow differently, while some areas may not regrow at all.
For that reason, I don't promise that a particular brow shape will be achieved within a set number of appointments.
Instead, we'll work with the natural brow hair you currently have and any additional growth that appears over time.
For some clients this can be an ongoing process lasting many months or longer.
The aim isn't to chase an unrealistic 'perfect brow', but to achieve the best shape and definition your individual natural brows allow.
How Often Should I Book Brow Design & Definition?
For most clients, approximately every 4–6 weeks works well for maintaining the shape and colour of their brows.
If we're working towards changing your brow shape or allowing areas to grow, your appointment timing may be adjusted depending on what your natural brows are doing.
I'll advise you as we go rather than putting you onto a fixed programme of a predetermined number of treatments.
Do I Need a Patch Test?
Yes.
Because Brow Design & Definition includes brow tinting, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment if:
- You haven't previously had the relevant treatment at Pamper Room
- It has been more than 6 months since your last relevant treatment at Pamper Room
- It has been more than 6 months since your relevant patch test
This is a mandatory Pamper Room policy.
If the required patch test hasn't been completed, I will not be able to carry out the tinting treatment.
Although patch testing helps identify potential sensitivity, it cannot guarantee that a reaction will never occur.
If you experience an unexpected reaction following your patch test, please contact me before your appointment.
How Should I Prepare for My Brow Appointment?
For the best result, please arrive with your brows and surrounding skin clean and free from make-up where possible.
Before your appointment:
- Complete your required patch test at least 48 hours beforehand
- Don't pluck, tweeze or reshape your brows between Brow Design & Definition appointments
- Avoid waxing or threading the brow area yourself before your appointment
- Let your natural brow hairs grow so I have as much as possible to work with
- Let me know about any irritation, sensitivity or broken skin around the brow area
- Tell me about recent facial or skin treatments that may have affected the area
- Complete any consultation information requested before your appointment
If you're using strong active skincare or have recently had a facial, peel or resurfacing treatment, please contact me if you're unsure whether this could affect your appointment.
Brow Design & Definition Aftercare
Immediately following tinting and hair removal, it's normal for the skin around your brows to look slightly pink or feel a little sensitive.
For the first 24 hours, I recommend:
- Avoiding repeatedly touching or rubbing the brow area
- Avoiding perfumed or potentially irritating products directly around the freshly treated skin
- Avoiding excessive heat, steam, saunas and swimming
- Avoiding heavy make-up directly over freshly waxed or threaded skin
- Avoiding excessive sun or UV exposure to the freshly treated area
- Being gentle when cleansing around your brows
Follow any additional aftercare advice given at your appointment.
If we're working towards changing or improving your brow shape, remember the most important part of your homecare:
Please leave the tweezers alone between appointments!
Which Brow Treatment Should I Choose?
I offer several different brow treatments at Pamper Room, and each one does something slightly different.
Brow Tinting
Primarily for adding colour and definition to your natural brow hairs.
A good choice if you're happy with your existing brow shape and mainly want the hairs to appear darker or more noticeable.
Henna Brows
For longer-lasting colour and greater definition, with Henna colouring the natural brow hairs while also temporarily staining the skin beneath.
Your Henna Brows treatment includes brow mapping, waxing and shaping.
Brow Lamination
For restructuring and repositioning your natural brow hairs.
Brow Lamination is particularly useful for hairs that grow in different directions or brows you'd like to appear fuller and fluffier. Your treatment includes tinting and shaping.
Brow Design & Definition
My precision multi-step brow treatment, combining consultation, mapping, tinting, waxing, threading, precision tweezing and finishing products.
It's ideal if you want your natural brows professionally designed, shaped and maintained, or if we're gradually working towards improving an existing brow shape.
If you're still unsure which treatment would suit your brows best, please contact me and I'll be happy to help.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Brow Design & Definition the Same as HD Brows?
If you've previously booked my High Definition Brows treatment, this is the same Pamper Room treatment under its new name.
However, Brow Design & Definition is not an official HD Brows branded treatment.
I'm independently trained in brow design and shaping and use professional Belmacil tint and Jane Iredale brow products.
I've renamed my service so the treatment name accurately reflects what I personally provide.
Does Brow Design & Definition Include Tinting?
Yes.
Professional Belmacil brow tint is included as part of your £26 treatment.
Your tint colour will be selected to complement your natural brows and the finished look we're trying to achieve.
Does It Include Waxing and Threading?
Yes.
Your treatment can incorporate waxing, threading and precision tweezing to create and refine your brow shape.
The exact combination used will depend on your individual brows and what they require.
Does Brow Design & Definition Include Brow Mapping?
Yes.
Brow mapping forms part of the treatment and helps me assess your natural brow shape, proportions and the shape we're working towards before removing hair.
Do I Have to Grow My Eyebrows?
You don't need huge, overgrown brows before your first appointment!
However, if we're trying to change your existing shape or encourage areas to grow, I want as much natural hair available as possible.
Once we've started working on your shape, please avoid removing brow hairs yourself between appointments.
How Long Will It Take to Reshape My Brows?
There isn't a set answer.
Some clients already have sufficient natural hair and can achieve a lovely shape immediately.
Others may need to allow certain areas to grow over many months, particularly following years of regular plucking or hair removal.
In some areas, hair may not regrow at all.
I therefore won't promise that your brows will achieve a particular shape within a set number of appointments. We'll work with your individual growth as it happens.
How Often Should I Come Back?
For most clients, every 4–6 weeks is appropriate for maintaining their Brow Design & Definition treatment.
I'll advise you if a different interval would be more suitable for your individual brows.
Can I Pluck Stray Hairs Between Appointments?
If we're maintaining or working towards a particular shape, I'd prefer you not to remove hairs yourself.
A hair that appears to be in completely the wrong place can sometimes become useful as the surrounding brow grows.
If your brows desperately need tidying before your next appointment, book an Eyebrow Shape & Wax instead.
Will My Brows Look Very Made-Up Afterwards?
They don't have to.
Jane Iredale brow products are used to finish the treatment and demonstrate how your brows can be enhanced, but the finished look can be tailored to your preference.
If you prefer a softer, more natural brow, just let me know.
