Female Intimate Waxing Prices

Commando – Hollywood Wax | £40

Removes all pubic hair from the front and back, including the pubic mound, inner and outer labia, butt crack, bottom cheeks and any hair extending from the bottom cheeks towards the upper thigh.

This is my complete hair-removal option.

G-String – Brazilian Wax | £40

Leaves a thin strip or triangle of hair at the front, while removing the remaining pubic hair including the inner and outer labia, butt crack, bottom cheeks and any hair extending towards the upper thigh.

Thong | £32

Leaves a wider strip of pubic hair beginning on the pubic mound and continuing down over the labia, tapering towards the back.

Hair is also removed from the butt crack and any visible hair on the bottom cheeks.

Tanga | £29

Leaves a wider strip of pubic hair beginning on the pubic mound and continuing down over the labia.

Visible hair on the bottom cheeks is removed, but hair inside the butt crack is left untouched.

Knickers – High Bikini | £26

Removes hair from the top of the pubic line, down either side of the pubic mound and underneath towards the bottom cheeks.

Ideal if you want to wear high-leg underwear without visible pubic hair outside the knicker line.

Hair within the butt crack is not included.

Bikini | £21

Removes visible pubic hair outside the standard bikini or knicker line at the front only.

Bottom | £20

Removes hair from the bottom cheeks only.

Hair inside the butt crack and at the front remains untouched.

Which Female Intimate Wax Should I Choose?

Intimate waxing names aren't completely standardised across the beauty industry, so a Brazilian or Hollywood Wax in one salon may not remove exactly the same areas as a treatment with the same name elsewhere.

For this reason, I have given my waxing treatments individual names and clearly described exactly which areas are included.

If you want all pubic hair removed, choose the Commando / Hollywood.

If you want almost everything removed but would like to retain a strip, triangle or oval at the front, choose the G-String / Brazilian.

If you would prefer less hair removed, the Thong, Tanga, Knickers or Bikini options allow you to choose how much you would like left.

Why I Use Perron Rigot Hot Wax for Intimate Waxing

For intimate areas, I use professional Perron Rigot hot wax, also known as hard or non-strip wax.

Unlike traditional strip wax, hot wax is applied directly to the skin and allowed to set around the hair before being removed without fabric or paper strips.

This makes it particularly well suited to coarse hair and sensitive intimate areas.

The aim is to remove the hair effectively while minimising unnecessary pull on the skin.

What Happens During a Female Intimate Wax?

Before your treatment begins, we'll confirm which wax you have booked and exactly which areas you would like treated.

You'll be given privacy to undress from the waist down as required for the treatment.

Depending on the wax you've chosen, I may ask you to adjust your position or assist by gently holding/stretching the skin so that I can safely and effectively access the treatment area.

I'll explain everything as we go, so you won't be expected to know what to do.

The skin is prepared before professional hot wax is applied and removed in controlled sections.

Once your waxing is complete, appropriate post-wax products are applied and I'll explain your aftercare.

Will I Need to Remove My Underwear?

This depends on the treatment you've chosen.

For a standard Bikini Wax, your underwear can usually remain on and I will work carefully around the edges.

For more extensive intimate waxing involving the labia, butt crack or surrounding areas, you will need to remove your underwear so that I can safely and effectively access the treatment area.

You'll be given complete privacy while changing.

Towels are used where appropriate, and only the areas required for your treatment will be exposed.

Your comfort, privacy and dignity will always be respected.

How Should I Prepare for Female Intimate Waxing?

A little preparation can help you achieve the best result.

Before your appointment:

• Allow approximately 3–4 weeks of hair growth
• Avoid shaving or trimming the hair very short beforehand
• Gently exfoliate in the days leading up to your appointment
• Avoid harsh exfoliation immediately before waxing
• Arrive freshly showered with the intimate area clean
• Avoid applying heavy body oils or lotions immediately beforehand
• Wear clean, loose-fitting clothing where possible
• Tell me about any medication, skin conditions, allergies or changes to your health
• Let me know if you're using skincare or medication that can make the skin more sensitive

How Long Does the Hair Need to Be?

For the best result, I recommend allowing approximately 3–4 weeks of hair growth.

Hair needs to be long enough for the wax to grip effectively.

If the hair is significantly shorter than recommended, some hairs may not be removed successfully and I may recommend rearranging your appointment rather than giving you a result you are unhappy with.

If you've recently shaved, allowing the hair time to regrow before waxing will usually give a better result.

Does Female Intimate Waxing Hurt?

Waxing removes hair from the root, so you should expect some brief discomfort.

Everyone's pain threshold is different, and certain areas can feel more sensitive than others.

My specialist training, professional hot wax and efficient waxing technique are all intended to make the treatment as manageable and comfortable as possible.

The sensation is generally very brief.

Many clients also find that once they begin having waxing regularly, they become much more familiar with what to expect.

Can I Be Waxed During My Period?

Yes. You can still have intimate waxing while you're on your period if you feel comfortable doing so.

If possible, please wear a tampon or menstrual cup during the appointment.

Please be aware that some people find their skin feels more sensitive around their period, so waxing may feel a little more uncomfortable than usual.

If you would rather rearrange your appointment, that's absolutely fine.

How Long Does Female Intimate Waxing Take?

Appointment time varies depending on the treatment chosen, your individual hair growth and how much hair is being removed.

As a guide, a Commando / Hollywood Wax can usually be completed in around 30 minutes, although every client is different.

How Long Will the Results Last?

Hair grows at different rates for everyone.

You may start to notice some regrowth after a few weeks, with more hair appearing gradually as the natural growth cycle continues.

If you're new to waxing, not every hair will necessarily be at the same stage of growth during your first few treatments, so you may notice some earlier regrowth.

With regular waxing, you'll gradually learn the appointment interval that suits your own hair growth.

For regular intimate waxing, approximately every 4–6 weeks is a useful guide.

There is no need to follow an exact timetable, however, because everyone's hair grows differently.

The important thing is allowing enough regrowth for the wax to grip effectively.

For the best waxing routine, avoid shaving or plucking between appointments.

Female Intimate Waxing Aftercare

It is quite normal to experience some temporary redness, tenderness or small follicular bumps after waxing.

These usually settle naturally.

For the first 24–48 hours, treat your freshly waxed skin gently.

I recommend that you:

• Keep the waxed area clean and avoid unnecessary touching
• Wear loose, breathable clothing where possible
• Avoid hot baths and very hot showers
• Avoid saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs
• Avoid swimming in chlorinated pools
• Avoid sunbathing and sunbeds
• Avoid fake tan on the freshly waxed area
• Avoid heavily perfumed products on the area
• Avoid strenuous exercise if it causes excessive sweating or friction
• Avoid massage over freshly waxed skin
• Avoid sexual activity that creates friction against the freshly waxed area

Once your skin has settled, regular gentle exfoliation and moisturising can help keep the skin smooth and reduce the likelihood of ingrown hairs.

Begin gentle exfoliation approximately 2–3 days after waxing, then continue every few days according to your skin.

What About Ingrown Hairs?

Ingrown hairs occur when new hairs have difficulty growing cleanly through the surface of the skin.

Regular gentle exfoliation and moisturising can help keep the skin in good condition and reduce the likelihood of ingrown hairs developing.

I've Never Had an Intimate Wax Before – Should I Be Embarrassed?

Absolutely not.

Intimate waxing is a professional treatment and something I am specifically trained to perform.

I'll explain what to expect and guide you through positioning throughout your appointment.

There is no need to apologise for your body or your hair growth.

What's the Difference Between a Brazilian and Hollywood Wax?

At Pamper Room:

A Hollywood / Commando Wax removes all pubic hair from the front and back.

A Brazilian / G-String Wax removes the majority of pubic hair but leaves a small strip or triangle at the front.

Because treatment names vary between salons, I recommend checking the full descriptions before booking.

Can I Choose the Shape Left at the Front?

Yes.

For my G-String / Brazilian Wax, the hair remaining at the front can be shaped into a small strip, triangle or oval according to your preference.

What If My Hair Is Too Short?

Very short hair may not be gripped effectively by the wax.

If you've recently shaved, it's generally better to wait and allow sufficient regrowth before booking.

Do I Need to Trim Before My Appointment?

Generally, no.

If you have allowed approximately 3–4 weeks of growth, leave the hair for me to assess rather than trimming it extremely short beforehand.

Why Do You Use Hot Wax Rather Than Strip Wax?

Hot or hard wax is particularly well suited to sensitive intimate areas because it is designed to grip the hair while reducing unnecessary pull on the skin.

It is especially useful on stronger, coarser hair.

Can I Exercise After Waxing?

It's best to avoid strenuous exercise and excessive sweating for approximately 24 hours after intimate waxing.

Heat, sweat and friction can irritate freshly waxed skin.

Can I Have Sex After an Intimate Wax?

I recommend avoiding sexual activity that creates friction against the freshly waxed area for approximately 24 hours.

The skin can be more sensitive immediately following waxing, so giving it time to settle can help reduce irritation.

When Should I Contact You After Waxing?

Temporary redness or small follicular bumps can be normal immediately after waxing.
