What hair will be removed?

Throughout the UK and even the world, salons have interchanged the names for the intimate areas. This means that the style of wax you receive in one salon may not be the same style of wax you’d receive in another. 

For this reason we have renamed my male intimate waxes and given them a description so that when you leave our salon you leave with the wax style you were expecting... 

Male Anatomy Intimate Waxing Description

Rolls-Royce 

The Rolls-Royce of waxes removes all the hair from the scrotum, penis, butt crack, bottom cheeks, full back (includes shoulders) full chest & stomach, you can choose to have the hair on the pubic triangle shaped or removed

Lamborghini

The Lamborghini wax consist of the removal of hair from the scrotum, penis, pubic triangle (shaped or removed), butt crack, bottom cheeks, full back & shoulders

Maserati 

The Maserati wax consist of the intimate area only, so hair is removed from the scrotum, penis, pubic triangle (shaped or removed), butt crack and bottom cheeks

Ferrari

The Ferrari wax is our most popular of the Male Intimate waxes and involves the removal of hair from the scrotum, penis, pubic triangle (shaped or removed) and the butt crack

Noble

The Noble wax is the removal of hair from the scrotum, penis, pubic triangle shaped or removed. (Nothing removed at the back).

Aston Martin

The Aston Martin wax involves the removal of hair from the scrotum and penis, the pubic triangle is left untouched. On the back remove the hair from the butt crack, but the hair on the bottom cheeks are again left untouched. 

McLaren

The McLaren wax removes all visible pubic hair from the scrotum & penis only

Bentley

The Bentley wax is the removal of hair from the bottom cheeks & butt crack only

Porsche

The Porsche wax removes hair from just the bottom cheeks only, this means that all hair inside the butt crack and on the front will remain.

Mercedes 

The Mercedes wax is the hair removed from the butt crack only

Lexus

The Lexus wax is the removal of hair from the pubic triangle only

Jaguar

The Jaguar involves the removal of hair from the crease of the leg and then blended into the leg 

Preparation

* To avoid any embarrassment please arrive for your appointment clean and smelling fresh, otherwise I may refuse to carry out your waxing.

Terms & Conditions for Male clients having an Intimate Wax

* I require all male clients to pay in full for their treatment prior to it being carried out. 

* Please note that during an intimate wax you will be required to remove underwear, I request that you do not embarrass yourself by saying anything or acting inappropriately otherwise you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and no refund will be given.

FAQ

How long does the hair need to be? For successful removal with best result please allow your hair to grow for between 3-4 weeks, or approximately 10mm.

What is my pubic hair is shorter than you recommend, can I still be waxed? If you hair is shorter than 10mm I will advised that you rebook for a date in the future. Waxing short hair will be more painful and the final result may not be satisfactory.

How long will the waxing result last? Everyone’s hair grows at different rates so it really depends on your body, minimal hair growth will start to be seen within the first 3 weeks with gradual increase after that.

How often should I get waxed? When first starting out with intimate waxing I would recommend getting waxed every 4 to 5 weeks, over time you may notice that the hair growth time becomes longer allowing you to wait longer between waxing, but really the decision is yours and how long you can stand being hairy for!

Is it going to hurt? Everyone’s pain threshold is different, but yes you are going to experience some discomfort. We have done everything we can to make your experience as comfortable as possible, including using the best hot wax product on the market and having chosen to be trained by the best waxing expert in England. Using Kim Lawless's technique any discomfort will be minimal and over quickly. The more you wax the less painful it will become and the results will be worth it.

Will I have to remove my underwear? You will be asked to remove all clothing from the waist down, so clients find themselves getting hot while having an intimate wax so I advise wearing a t-shirt even in cooler weather. You may, if you wish remove all your clothing... towels may be used for privacy.

How long does the waxing appointment take? Normally I can do a Ferrari male intimate wax in 30 minutes but it really does vary from client to client.

Why do you choose to use Hot Wax for intimate waxing rather than strip (warm) wax? I use hot (non-stripe) wax as it is gentler to the skin, the supple and non-brittle wax is applied in layers which encapsulates the hair which is then removed in a single pass without the need for fabric strips. This wax is perfect for all body areas and hair types, especially short, tough hair in sensitive areas.

Hair Removal After Care Advice: 

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure you get the best results from your hair removal treatment...

It is quite common and perfectly normal to have slight soreness and pimple like small bumps or redness following hair removal these are temporary reactions and should subside within 24-48 hours.

 * Ensure to keep the waxed area clean and avoid touching.

 * No fake tans application for 24 hours. 

 * Avoid wearing tight clothing (such as leggings or tights) for 24 hours.

 * Avoid extreme heat. (Hot baths/showers, steam rooms, saunas and Jacuzzi’s) for 24-48 hours.

 * No massage treatments for 24 hours.

 * Avoid exposure to UV light, including sun beds and sunbathing for 24 hours.

 * Avoid swimming in chlorinated pools for 24 hours.

 * Try and avoid exercise for 24 hours as getting sweaty could clog the hair follicles. 

 * Avoid applying deodorant, anything perfumed or make-up to the waxed area for 24 hours.

 * And for those of you that have just had an intimate wax, we know that your private area is now well groomed and looks a lot sexier but we ask that you refrain from sexual intercourse for at least 24 hours after being waxed.

  * Ensure to exfoliate your skin every 4-7 days starting 2-3 days after treatment to help prevent ingrown hairs.

 * And moisturise your skin every day, which will keep the skin supple and help new hairs to break through again this can help prevent ingrown hairs!

If you do suffer from ingrown hairs I have a wonderful roller lotion called 'Aloe Clear' which is available to purchase in our salon or via my online store.

If you experience any spots or rashes for more than a week, please consult with your GP.

If you are new to hair removal treatments you may notice a small amount of re-growth after a week or so. It can take up to 4 treatments to achieve a silky smooth finish. To maintain your smooth appearance, I would recommend regular treatments every 4-6 weeks. Please do not shave or pluck between your appointments.
