Terms and Conditions

I will require your full name, email address and a contact number to secure your booking. You will be sent a booking confirmation via email. Please notify me of any changes to your contact details.

It’s recommended that you book ahead as I am usually booked 6-8 weeks in advance.

I will send a complimentary 24 hour appointment reminders by text and email, it is advised that you add your appointment to your own diary.

I reserve the right to refuse any bookings or treatment.


Booking Deposit
Booking Deposits are 50% of treatment total. I may round this up/down to nearest pound.
Booking Deposits can be paid by credit card or PayPal when booking through my Booking App, Ovatu. Card details are not stored.
Booking Deposits will be deducted from your total appointment bill when paying, Leaving you with the remaining 50% to pay on the day of your appointment.
All booking deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment you will lose your booking deposit.
Booking Deposits will be refunded in full or transferred if re-scheduling your appointment before the 24 hour cancellation period.

Clients Cancelling
I ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep your appointment, this is because often other clients may be able to fill your appointment space.
However, I understand that from time-to-time life throws us a situation that we have no control over, and plans must be amended. All I ask is that you contact me as soon as possible to cancel or amend your appointment.
Please note that any client cancelling or re-scheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will lose their 50% Booking Deposit.
In the event that a booking deposit was not taken at the time of booking (Due to Booking Deposit Terms and Conditions amendment on 12th March 2022) there will be a 50% fee due before any further booking will be accepted.

No Shows
If you fail to turn up for your appointment and have not contacted me, you will be lose your booking deposit.
In the event that a booking deposit was not taken at the time of booking (Due to Booking Deposit Terms and Conditions amendment on 12th March 2022) there will be a 50% fee due of the missed appointment value.
Any future appointments will automatically be cancelled. Future booking will require full payment, or I may simply refuse to treat you altogether.


Wait List

If you are unable to find an appointment you can add yourself to my waitlist for a possible cancellation.

If a cancellation becomes available my booking system 'Ovatu' will automatically send everyone on my waitlist that has requested that spot an email, so getting the space is based on who responds first to the email. Follow all the steps in the email and wait for a conformation to verify your booking.



Pamper Room Cancelling Your Appointment:
As mentioned above there are time when we cannot control life situations and for this, I may also need to cancel an appointment you hold with me. So, when booking an appointment, I will require a contact telephone numbers (mobiles preferred), if you change your contact details, please remember to update me.
I too will try to provide you with as much notice as possible, 24 hours being the ideal.
If I do have to cancel your appointment, I will do my best to be flexible and re-book your appointment at a time that best suits you!
If you have paid a booking deposit and I am unable to complete your appointment as expected and I am unable to re-arrange an appointment to suit you then your booking fee will be refunded.

Paying for your Treatment
* I accept Cash, Card or Gift Card. With prior arrangement, I can also accept PayPal and a Bank Transfer.
* Please make sure you have means to pay for your appointment before you arrive, I do not offer credit.
Failure to pay will result in legal action with additional costs being passed on to you.


Lateness
Please note that if you are late for your appointment the time will be deducted from your treatment where appropriate or your treatment may be cancelled but unfortunately you may still be charged.


Consultation Forms
Every client that attends Pamper Room for a treatment will be required to carry out an electronic consultation form, there are two reasons for this, firstly I am required to do so by my insurance companies and secondly, I need to confirm that the treatment you have selected is suitable for you.

Pregnancy
I have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please allow me to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time.

New Mothers
Please note that I am unable to carry out any treatments on clients that have had babies within 6 weeks. You are required to have been given the all clear by your doctor at your 6-week check before I can treat you.

Patch Testing
Some of my treatments require a patch test to be carried out prior to the receiving the actual treatment. This is a mandatory policy to ensure total health and safety for all my clients.
I will refuse to do a treatment on you if you have not had a patch test with me, this is your responsibility to book.

Treatments that require a patch test are marked with * on the price list, but here's a breakdown: All Eyelash Extensions Treatments, Lash Lift & Curl, Lash/Brow Tinting, HD Brows & Brow Lamination.

Male Treatments
* I am happy to treat Male clients, however, please note that I am a professional salon and only offer treatments that are shown on my price list.
* I require all male clients to pay in full for their treatment prior to it being carried out, less any booking fee paid.
* Do not embarrass yourself by saying or doing anything inappropriate, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and no refund will be given.
* If you are having any treatment (other than intimate waxing) I require you to turn up for your appointment wearing underwear, if you do not have any, I may refuse to carry out your treatment and again no refund will be issued.

Charity Donations

I am often asked for charities donations, as a small business I am only able to offer a set number of donations a year.


If you are lucky enough to be the winner of a Pamper Room Donation Prize they come with the following Terms and conditions:

  1. The gift card must be used before the expiry date, as I get very busy booking well in advance is advisable.
  2. The gift card is for the prize shown and no alternative prize will be given.
  3. The person accepting the gift card will need to call or text the salon to book in, they must quote the reference number at the time of booking.
  4. The treatment will take place at my new salon.
  5. The gift card as a raffle prize has no actual value and no refund can be given.
  6. Once an appointment is booked, any last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the gift card becoming void.
  7. In line with competition fairness the prize cannot be claimed by the raffle organiser or their direct relatives.
