What Is a Footlogix Pedicure?
A Footlogix Pedicure is a professional pedicure using the Footlogix foot-care system, with products selected according to the individual needs of your feet.
Your treatment goes beyond simply making your toenails look beautiful.
Attention is also given to your nails, cuticles and the condition of the skin on your feet, including areas of dry or hardened skin.
The result is a pedicure that combines professional foot care with relaxation and beautifully groomed feet.
Is a Footlogix Pedicure Right for Me?
A Footlogix Pedicure could be a great choice if you:
- Have dry or rough-feeling feet
- Experience areas of hard skin or callus
- Have dry or tired-looking heels
- Want your toenails and cuticles professionally groomed
- Spend long periods standing or on your feet
- Want to improve the appearance and feel of your feet
- Prefer a professional foot-care pedicure rather than a basic cosmetic pedicure
- Want beautifully groomed toes with or without gel polish
- Simply feel that your feet deserve some proper TLC
You don't need to know which Footlogix products you require before booking. I'll assess your feet and choose appropriate products during your appointment.
What Happens During a Footlogix Pedicure?
Your Footlogix Pedicure begins with an assessment of your feet so I can tailor the treatment and products to your individual needs.
Your treatment includes:
- Nail & Cuticle Care
- Your toenails are carefully clipped and shaped before the cuticles are professionally groomed.
- Hard Skin Care
- Areas of hardened or rough skin are carefully worked on to leave the feet feeling smoother and more comfortable.
- Exfoliation
- Your feet are exfoliated to help remove dry surface skin and leave them feeling softer and smoother.
- Footlogix Foot Care
- Appropriate professional Footlogix products are selected according to your individual foot-care needs.
- Foot & Lower-Leg Massage
- Enjoy a relaxing massage to the feet and lower legs – the perfect finishing touch for tired, hardworking feet.
- If you've chosen one of my Gel Polish Footlogix Pedicures, your treatment is completed with your chosen Halo Gel Polish colour.
- If you prefer natural, beautifully groomed feet, simply choose the No Polish Footlogix Pedicure.
Which Footlogix Pedicure Should I Choose?
I offer three Footlogix Pedicure options.
No Polish – 40 minutes | £44
Perfect if your priority is professional foot care and you prefer to leave your toenails natural.
You'll still receive the full pedicure experience, including nail and cuticle care, hard-skin reduction, exfoliation and massage – simply without polish.
Gel Polish – 60 minutes | £60
Choose this option if you would like your Footlogix Pedicure finished with a fresh application of Halo Gel Polish.
This gives you all the foot-care benefits of the pedicure alongside beautifully polished toes.
Gel Polish Removal & Reapplication – 80 minutes | £67
Choose this treatment if you already have gel polish that needs to be professionally removed before your new gel colour is applied.
The additional appointment time allows your existing gel to be removed before completing your Footlogix Pedicure and applying your new colour.
Why Choose Footlogix?
Footlogix is a professional foot-care range developed specifically for the needs of the feet.
Rather than using the same products on every client, the system allows me to select products according to the condition of your skin and the areas requiring particular attention.
This makes it especially suited to a prescriptive pedicure where the aim is not only beautifully groomed toenails, but feet that look and feel cared for too.
Can Footlogix Help with Hard Skin?
If you have areas of dry, rough or hardened skin, these can be given particular attention during your pedicure.
Hard skin is carefully reduced as part of the treatment rather than aggressively removed.
Your feet are then exfoliated and appropriate Footlogix products applied to help leave the skin feeling softer, smoother and conditioned.
Regular professional pedicures combined with suitable homecare can help you maintain the results between appointments.
What About Dry or Rough Heels?
Dry, rough-feeling heels are a common reason clients book a professional pedicure.
During your Footlogix Pedicure, the condition of the skin will be assessed and appropriate treatment given to areas of dryness and hardened skin.
I'll also advise you on suitable homecare where appropriate, because looking after your feet between appointments can make a significant difference to how they feel.
Footlogix Pedicure vs a Standard Pedicure
A Footlogix Pedicure places greater emphasis on professional foot care and the individual condition of your feet.
Alongside the cosmetic elements you'd expect from a pedicure – such as nail shaping, cuticle care and optional gel polish – the treatment also concentrates on the condition of the skin.
Footlogix products are selected according to your individual foot-care needs, making this a more prescriptive and results-focused pedicure experience.
You still get the relaxing part too – including a lovely foot and lower-leg massage.
Do I Have to Have Gel Polish?
Not at all.
If you prefer natural toenails, choose my 40-minute No Polish Footlogix Pedicure.
Your nails and cuticles will still be professionally groomed and you'll receive the foot-care, exfoliation, hard-skin work and massage elements of your treatment.
Gel polish is simply an optional finishing touch.
What Gel Polish Do You Use?
I use Halo Gel Polish for my gel pedicure treatments.
You'll be able to choose from my available colours at your appointment, allowing you to finish your Footlogix Pedicure with a shade that suits you.
Gel polish can provide a glossy, long-lasting finish when appropriately applied and cared for.
Preparing for Your Footlogix Pedicure
Very little preparation is required before your appointment.
For the best experience:
- Arrive with clean feet
- Let me know if you already have polish or gel polish that requires removal
- Avoid cutting your cuticles immediately before your appointment
- Avoid aggressively filing or cutting hard skin yourself beforehand
- Tell me about any foot or nail concerns before treatment begins
- Let me know about relevant medical conditions or medication
- Tell me if you have any broken skin, infection or recent injury affecting your feet
If you're unsure whether your feet are suitable for a pedicure, please contact me before booking.
When Might a Pedicure Need to Be Postponed?
There are circumstances where a pedicure may need to be adapted or postponed.
These can include:
- Active fungal or bacterial infection
- Open wounds, cuts or broken skin in the treatment area
- Significant inflammation
- Recent injury
- Certain nail or skin conditions
- Other circumstances where treatment may not be appropriate
If I see something during your consultation that falls outside the scope of a beauty pedicure, I may recommend that you seek advice from a GP, pharmacist, podiatrist or other appropriate healthcare professional before treatment.
If you're unsure before your appointment, please contact me.
Footlogix Pedicure Aftercare
To help maintain beautifully groomed feet following your treatment:
- Moisturise your feet regularly
- Gently exfoliate dry skin as appropriate
- Avoid cutting or aggressively filing hard skin yourself
- Wear comfortable, well-fitting footwear
- Keep your feet clean and dry
- Follow any homecare recommendations given following your treatment
- Avoid picking or peeling gel polish from your toenails
Regular homecare can help maintain the softer, smoother feeling achieved during your professional pedicure.

How Often Should I Have a Footlogix Pedicure?
This depends on your feet, lifestyle and how quickly your nails and skin change between appointments.

I'll be happy to advise you on an appropriate interval based on your individual feet and what you'd like to achieve.
